Bay Colony Search is a retained search firm that partners with private equity firms and their portfolio companies throughout the US to add talent within the organization.
Bay Colony Search was founded in 2009 to be a boutique search firm that values relationships over transactions. We want to work with companies and candidates for decades and are well on our way to doing that since some of our original clients from 2009 remain clients today.
Clients benefit from our extensive database and research skills. They have come to appreciate that our experience and deep understanding of their company culture, along with their hiring and position requirements, make us an ideal partner. In fact, most of our business is with repeat clients. Helping clients fill critical positions, and in turn propelling them to greater success, is a cornerstone of Bay Colony Search.
We are a generalist firm so we can find that one critical hire for you or we can build out a department if that's what you need. We want to work with you throughout the hold period, and hopefully beyond that, as we have done on numerous occasions, to help you maximize your return.
